Nancy Rudisill

Nancy earned her Bachelor and Master degrees in Occupational Therapy from Towson University in 2010. She has worked in public schools and in private practice settings. She has completed courses in Clinical Assessment and Practical Intervention for Praxis, Handwriting with Tears, and the Social Thinking Curriculum. She is trained in The Alert Program for Self-Regulation: How Does Your Engine Run, Astronaut Training: A Sound Activated Vestibular-Visual Protocol, and Eye Sight to Insight: Visual/Vestibular Assessment and Treatment. Nancy is certified in the sensory integration therapy and the administration of the Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests (SIPT). She has experience evaluating and treating children with developmental delays, specific learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum disorders, other health impairments, and multiple disabilities. In addition, she has experience working with parents, classroom teachers, special education teachers, and other related service providers to implement and incorporate sensory strategies, assistive technology, and home programs to meet each students individualized needs.
